James B. Taylor House

Built: 1902-03
Style: American Foursquare / Colonial Revival

Built by James B. Taylor in 1902-03, this house has been owned by two families named Erickson.   The previous owners were Walter and Ann Phelan Erickson.  This house could also be considered a Foursquare, but it has a stronger Colonial Revival presence because of the dormer windows at the roofline and the pillared front porch.  Present owners are Paul and Terri Erickson.
